Tarquinas is a little lacking in the resource department compared to some of the other servers (no good Class 4 liquid petro, so ACRDM max power on our server is like 45, best ALS I've seen is 128 because of lack of good berries, best bio controllers I've seen are 22/10, it has been possible to make 72 power advanced delivery shells on Tarq though), so my buffs will seem low to some of you. Everything but action is ending up at 752 power, and the action varies widely according to the resources available but I have maxed it at 898 power. As compensation I guess, I can get 30+ charges on a pack.
