That does sound very odd, I am really suprised to hear of exact same packs giving different duration.

Just curious could there be some character race type modifier involved or some effect of a piece of cloths/armor or something?

Still I wouldn't expect anything else to effect this.

3h 42 mins is actually right for the packs, 13365 duration should land there... but why are they sometimes landing higher?

Yeah, that is odd that it buffs higher. There is nothing that should affect the duration of buffs after they've been crafted. I'll test tonight to see if I can get results like that with my doctor.

I tried this out myself last night (just mastered) and with my 110 droid/+25 BE clothes/21 Bivoli, buffing myself I had a 16 min higher duration than buffing anyone else... Maybe we buff ourselves witha higher modifier *hopes*

Any word on what's going on with this? I advertise my buff durations based on what it says when I buff myself... don't want to be lying to the paying customers

When Itte buffs me the buffs are landing for 4:05...when I buff her withour packs, they land for 4:05...this is very odd indeed...

it's not only on each other either, i've been asking people when i buff them to tell me duration and maybe 10% of my customers are getting 4h 5 min, the rest are getting 3h 42

landru (my partner) and i tested buffing on each other with different variables on the buff-ee and have ruled out:

-bivoli

- brandy

-be-enhanced clothes/items

- racial/gender differences (i'm female twi and he's male zab)

has anyone else been testing this? any theories?
