yep as far as im aware it wasn't just the shaman that drops the blood and yeah the best way is to grab the 27k missions (32k ina market player city). best to have a melee profession to do this for speed. i am a tkm and can do 2 in 10 minutes (including time for gaining missions + travel). swordsman seem to be the most efficient , run up to the base, and spin attack it to mad, the janta's will surround you and fall like flies! then the base is only at about 1/4 health so it wont take long to take it out.

i seem to be fairly lucky with janta drops. best ive had is 3 identical 193power and 10charges and had a nice loot of 7 identical 156power 13charges. i also get a lot of janta hide (armorsmiths like this ) and ive had LOADS of heavy leather, but thats mainly been from the janta caves, which if nobody has emptied is a very fun place to hunt

All Jantas can drop blood. I have looted singles from hunters and scouts (made a 540 power stim-b hehe). My best loot drop ever came from a Janta Loreweaver (7 identicals 172 power 19 charges). I have killed hundreds if not thousands of Jantas and I have about 30 jars of blood to show for it, so that says something about the drop rate. My advice is to kill Jantas forcredits (26-30k missions) and be happy if you end up with some blood. Killing Jantas only for the blood can be disappointing.

Question about the blood. When you are putting the components together do you only use 1 blood? Cuase I was messing with the schematics tonight and it would let me put 2 in. I didn't make one but was just wondering.

Yup,a big group; if you are Imperial you can use an ATST, that's what I do.

Ten in the group will bring up the level 99 Janta Shaman missions. As a master rifleman, conceal shot works best for me to complete the mission efficiently.
