Thread: Doctor and Battle Armor Accuracy Hinderances
At xxx3 we get a 30% rate of fire mitiagtion.
At xxx4 we get ANOTHER 30% rate of fire mitigation.
At master we get a 40% rate of fire mitigation?
As it is now:
Novice: 20% Acc, 20% RoF.
xxx2: 50% Acc, 20% RoF. (totalled.)
xxx3: 50% Acc, 50% Rof. (totalled.)
xxx4: 50% Acc, 80% RoF. (totalled.)
Master: 50% Acc, 120% RoF. (totalled.)
Changing xxx4 to 40% Acc:
Novice: 20% Acc, 20% RoF.
xxx2: 50% Acc, 20% Rof. (totalled)
xxx3: 50% Acc, 50% Rof. (totalled)
xxx4: 90% Acc, 50% RoF. (totalled)
Master: 90% Acc, 90% RoF. (totalled)
Sure, let's change xxx4 to 40% Acc, then let's get complaints that not only do they miss ocassionaly, but they're SLOWER, too! Great idea.
Or how about this:
Master another Battle Armor certed profession, or use ANOTHER armor type? Yeah, that's really TOO much effort, isn't it? God forbid there should be a DRAWBACK to something you choose.

Just so you know, hinderance mitigations don't stack. The second rate of fire mitigation is 100% useless.
When the armor is capped and unsliced, it is within the manageable mitigations, so unless someone slices their armor so it adds to the hinderances, you'll still be within the managebale hinderances.
EDIT: The "Drawback" to doctor is that I lost the extra offensive power I had when I was MBH as well as my terrain negotiation, but it is a worthwhile tradeoff.
Once again, you seem to think I'm complaining about the lack of sufficient accuracy mitigation. I currently use my 7k/5k/6k reconaissance armor anyways, which is better than most battle armors against the glowstick wielders, anyways.
