Great list. I'm really ... wow ...
But what brings me to write here is an issue with factories again.
Currently I'm a Novice doctor with doctor's crafting box 1 and I'm a Master Artisan too (Gorath). Now since I am one of the group having problems all over with factories using crates I have a couple questions/suggestions.
For A Small Stimpack D you need 1 liquid, 1 chemical and 2 bio effect controllers plus 2 ressources. Now since I am not able to use crates in the input hopper I'm limited to produce crates with 24 Stimpack Ds (24x4 + 2 = 98 items in the input hopper).
That really stinks.
Another thing is ... Schematics are supposed to be maxed at 100 units, right ?
Producing 100 bio effect controller, chemical blabla and liquids brings me to the next problem. You need one set of those to make a schematic for the stimpack (at least one if you have a greater success because you don't want a crappy schematic). Now that brings you to the next problem because you cannot produce 100 stimpacks out of you pre-requisites (or 50 Stimpack Ds) ... you should be able to make schematics for the pre-requisites that are greater than 100 in order to make 100 units of the FINAL product.
And another thing. I tried to refeed the input hopper (keeping it open after activating the factory) in order to make a crate of 25 stimpack Ds. The refeeded ressources don't seem to count for the factory because it still stops after 24 items saying it is missing blabla ressource. At a point when you are really willing to stand next to the factory for almost 2 hours you should be given the possibility to refeed the factory during the production process.

Well most of us can get crate to work in factory in some manner.
What works for me is what seem to work for most people, although for some it doesn't
Let say I am making stimp-B, it ask for liq, bio and chem.
I have 2 crate of liq, 2 crate of bio and 2 crate of chem.
Very first is put in theorganic & inorganic things.
Then I pull 2 from first crate of liq, 4 from second.
I put those in, then those twocrates
Then I pull 2 from first crate of bio, then 4 from second crate of bio.
I put those in, then those twocrates
Now You only have two crate left, whichis the tricky part.
I pull EVERYTHING from SECOND crate, except 1. so you have second crate that has 1 item in it.
Then I put those I just pulled in.
Now I pull from first crate and put it in until I have 98 items in the input hopper.
Now my input hopper is 98 and I have first crate of around 35 and second crate of 1.
Then I put those in, crate of 1 being the last thing I put in.
This ALWAYS worked for me, far as being that factory work until it makes around 85-98 items before it stopping. I don't know why sometimes it step at second to last crate (35) at stop at 85 and some times it stop at last crate (crate of 1) and make all 99. I guess it got to do with which crate was created first therefore earlier in the stack/vector/array or whatever they are using to keep track.
Now I know that you can OVERLOAD your input hopper (meaning you can put more than 100 into input hopper) but frankly I wasn't gonna take a chance at it.

No. you can make schemetic for more than 100, you can manually type in 1000.
And although some are afraid that it might be a bug or "exploit" I personally don't think so for many reason already stated in different forum and I wouldn't re-state it here.
Just manually type in 200 or 300.

Once you have more than 100 of sub component, and following the step above in loading the crates, you can make anything to 100. Just remember that if you need 1/1/3 ,then load the 3/1/1 so you can make the most. You wouln't make all 99 but I once got 94 stimp-E which make me happy.
