My best so far is 273 power, only two though.

I made a whole set with 180+ power bloods (some 240s, some 228s, some 204s, some 190s, etc)

Every pack is 1100+ power.

Buffs for 3300 in a medical city, and 3000 outside of one, to every stat.

I also made a 784 power Stim B... so close to 800 power

The best is legendary janta blood... 1500ish power 300ish charges.

What mission level are these being looted from?

Get into a solo group on dantooine(whatever the popular outpost is on your server)and get janta missions usually the missions run for 21k-25k-27k

Those rumored Legendary janta blood are a complete hoax. It was a guy that said a roommate or whatever looted some legendary ones with outrageous stats, and was unable to provide a pic of them. Go figure

Personally, I highly doubt they set a maximum on how high any looted item can go overall. Yes, there probally is a soft cap but they are most likely to be randomly generated.

Heck I've seen a 500 power/ 12 charge set of 2 looted here on Chily. Sadly I could not with all my funds get my hands on them , hehe. Not exactly sure what they went but I recalled the guy telling me he was going to put them into some stim b's

oh man, those are one of the highest i heard off, make sure you shamlessly ask for people from your server to give you enough resources ( the best to ever spawn)to make one pack, it would be awesome to see someone hit the 1.4k range.
