In the mean time the incap/death is able to be stopped
I do it all the time
With a droid out alternate high damage heals and high health would heals until the fire stops on its own and the person wont incap.

I'd say Burn Packs etc should be a Combat Medic skill/item. How many people come to Med Centers for Burn DoT's?
I think having AoE on too many heal types would unbalance the game, unless they were very, very hard and expensive to craft.

now with the area poison/disease packs i think we are complete
