stockpile the best material u can get for making bufffs, get bivoli, and injury and wound +25 treatment cloths, with that u could get them u just need the best OQ stuff

It's possible to hit a 4 hour buff. But, the patient has to be a Twi'lek.

I'm a Twi' and I buff for 3 hours 55 mins and that is with the standard everyday buffs I buy from Sig'(pharmex---chilastra) These are his everyday buffs that he sells in bulk...nothing special. It's pretty sweet buffing for that long
I dont think the patient has to be twi...only the doc. I have tested this with human and zabrak.

It's the patient who has to be a Twi'lek. As a Twi'lek doc, you buff other species for exactly the duration on the pack. If you buff yourself, or another Twi'lek, they will be longer.

Can someone from eclipse confirm what a 12pt doctor can make with Meth reactive (981/833 OQ/DR) and Pisro (987 OQ/971 PE /947 DR) comes out to? I know it's 345+

With those resouces the duration will come out to be 3:41 (+/- a minute depending on rounding).
The equation for duration is:
Duration = 13 * (6*DRgas + 4*OQgas + 6*DRavian + 4*OQavian)/20 + 1200
You will only need 10 exp points to reach the max on duration using these resouces.
