IF money and resources are no concern is it best to make the highest grade enhancement ( as in E instead of D)? And with Bivoli or Havla what are considered top of the line..or acceptable stats on them?

I have read through most of all of the guides, so if i missed this somewhere i'm sorry

Havla is still bugged (or working as intentional, who knows) so that you need a rating of +100 or higher on it to work. This food lets you heal/buff very very quickly (every second or two I think).

Bivoli, I've seen +23 to +25? being sold out there.

As far as stats, I'd say D Enhance Packs with power in the range of 850-900 are great and as good as most people will ever need. Buff packs above 900 are top of the line. On my server you can't get much above 930 with out Janta blood, but on other servers stats might vary some. Buffs in the 800-850 range can give acceptable buffs but it might be more difficult to sell them depending on the competition.
