Not sure if they have been changed or not. They NEED to be changed though. This past 5-7 days,my pal's Action buff (which is 897with around 13,400 duration) has landed on me for 800-1500 most of the time with just one over 2k. Seems the low end is more common than in the past.

Why is it that Master Doctor doesn't get a bonus over non-maste in healing/buffing? It makes no sense that a 0 0 4 0 doc--or lower--should get the same result using an Enhance-D as an MD. There should be modifyers based on points invested in Doc making the hither ranking one have higher average and base heals/buffs.

I know as a combat class, I hit/shoot for more damage as I go up the ladder. Would just make sense if healers worked the same way.

My buffs have been hitting really low also. Its kind of hard to rebuff since i normally am hitting my jedi and i cant slay her.

Also what is the clothing cap? I have a suit of clothes my wife made me thats +44, is that gonna be a problem?

From what people say there is a cap on how much + to the skill mod you can have and it is +25. If you have more than that It will shoe up on your skills sheet, but it is a bug and not intended to work that way.

Some have suggested that if you go over the cap with your clothing mods that there is a "roll over".

Meaning:

Shirt and Pants each with +14 to Wound Treatment = +28

So you are + 2 over the cap of 25

Some suggest that theres a bug that reads the "roll over" number, being +2 in this example, as your number instead of +25

Correct me if Im wrong, I thought I read in the notes about the previous big patch that buffs were changed, something about how it reacts depending on the highest stat or something like that.. Anyway Im inclined to believe it since I have 2 toons one being a Master Doc and the other A proud (ha) holo grinder. As a doc I buff myself and sometimes hit stats at 2.5k and 1.8k and sometimes the infamous 900.. but on my other toon I changed my migration stats for holo grinding reasons and now my health and action are both 400 and no matter what I do the buffs hit those stats at 2.5k to 3k every time and on one stat my quickness its near 800 and my buffs nearly always hit around 900 to 1.8k My packs are as follows Health 850-9696 Action 817-12697 and Const 804-9850 . I buff my guildmates also quite often and some seem to get the same great buffs while others seem to get the average buffs with the same packs. I usually tell them the buffs dont like them.. So who knows. seems we are left wandering in the dark with this game and to find things out for ourselves since we never have the developers step up and tell us exactly what is going on.
