The Timer isn't the problem, it's that the timer was never in any patch notes anywhere and it appears to be buggy. We don't know how long the timer is supposed to be for or anything. We're just in the dark about something that affects one of our primary skills.
4.Enhances Dropping on Death = shouldn't they ? Leave them as they are now.
The issue isn't with enhances dropping on Cloning, but that they appear to now be dropping on Death, meaning Res isn't a saving grace to let you keep your buffs. This reduces the effectiveness and usefulness of Ressing.
15.General Inventory Search for Meds = meds needs too many items, let us have medical bag that stacks with general inventory and backpack plz
Hehe. Actually that Medcal Bag is a Wishlist item. So its kind of a separate issue. ![]()
28./registerwithlocation Command = give registred meds 25% boost to they med skills...
Hmm... that's not part of that issue at all. I think the registered does give a 25% boost in FACTION HQs, though, that you can register in.
Balance Issues
2.Master Doc Benefits = move revive to this level
This one is part of the issue, but it's not a well supported one. Our Dev has commented on several of the other ideas that he likes for putting here, and doing that was not one of them.
5.Medical Harvesting = only specific items to be added in crafing processimproving the stats
I'm not sure what you are suggesting here. The issue is that some folks want the ability to /harvest creatures because of the med crafting need for so much Herbivore and Avian meat. Maybe if you clarify what you thought this was I can see if that is part of some other issue.
6.Mind Damage Healing for Doctors = leave this for Entertainers only plz or cantina would be soon empty...
Please read the language. It's Mind DAMAGE healing, not Mind WOUND healing. I do not see an issue listed for taking away Mind Wound healing from Entertainers. As it stands this will be going to Combat Medics. The heading has been chaned to reflect that it is a request to also add Docs into the loop for healing Mind Damage.
7.AoE Cure State Pack = cost too much mind
Huh? We don't have one of these at all, so I'm not too sure of your comment. What costs too much mind?
The rest of the comments I understand or see no need to clarify to make sure we are on the same page.
I did just want to add the reminder that at least once a month a poll is put up for a week or so for everyone to come on over and voice their opinion on the Top 10 issues. to help get these issues ordered in the way YOU think they should be. If you think something shouldn't be on the list, don't vote for it. Not voting for an issue helps to move it down and possible even off the list, eventually. If you wish to push for or against any particular issue then I'd also recommend using the forum by starting a thread on an issue and offering your thoughts to persuade others to either vote or not vote for a particular issue.
I think the list looks great and I'd like to chime in on the Mind Healing issue. When I think of Mind Damage, I think of someone being hit in the head and that's how it's represented in all of the attacks. So if the damage is done to the head as some kind of head wound, why can't it be healed by a medic? What about the use of Morphin on the field during combat? It dulls the pain, which relaxes the patient in a way to allow the medic to do their job. The heals don't have to be highly effective, but they should be something that would allow for healing classes to be able to do there job effectively. At this point, I wouldn't even mind if only combat medics were allowed to heal mind damage, because it's very discouraging to watch your groupmates drop like flies from mind damage.

1.Enhanced HAMs Sticking - MAJOR problem, when I play side by side with friends whom I have buffed, I have to watch their screens for my life bar, and they watch mine for theirs.
2.Experimentation Issues - Glad to hear combat medics will be able experiment on their own components more. But man, getting tons of crit fails, more than when I was a lower level doctor.
3.Resuscitation Timer Issues - haven't noticed a problem here...
4.Enhances Dropping on Death - this should happen.
5.Enhances Dropping on Logoff - this shouldn't happen.
6.Enhances Lowering Stats when Combined with other Buffs and Wearing Off - Stuck at 150? Yeah, big problem.
7.Stat Drain/Stat Loss/Stat Stick Bug - again, 150 stuck, big problem.
8.Enhance Action -v- other Enhance Pack Resource Disparity - works for me....
9.Factory Hopper/Inventory Window Refresh - thank you.
13.Factory XP (or lack thereof) - Please help here.
14.Enhance Timer on Pets - I don't think we should be able to buff pets.
15.Enhance Pet Radial Menu Request - see above
16.Unable to Use Enhances Notification - Only got this once.
17.Incapacitated Player Location Problems - I would like little arrows on each persons icon, with which direction they are.
23.State Pack Schematics with Range - more importantly here, don't make me have to click on the actual state pack, just one button for all the states.
25.Radial Menu and Heal Options Bug - not enough room. Need more options.
