It's simple for me. Power all the way.

I'm trying to sell more stuff, not less and if they think that extra 20 base will save them,,i wont contradict. Hell i want them to use those crates faster so they come buy more often.

I'm playing both high-end StimB customer on one server and a medical crafter on the another. Definitely Power.

For sale max out the power on a stim b, but for use, 50/50 on power/charges. Why? because I don't use stim bs. Stim Ds and Es are the way to go for being a doctor in the field. And when you get the stats as high as Ds and Es, why put all the experimenting into the power, when you could make them last longer, and have less in your inventory?
