I guess I don't see the problem here. If he bank tips you 50k, you need to do two things. First, tip him back the money. This is because he could claim that there was an 'understood' agreement which you failed to fulfill. Now that there is no obligation between you and him, make it exceedingly clear in spatial chat that you will not be providing any services to him regardless of what he tips you (a simple tell, or a spatial message). Take a screenshot if you are paranoid, then ignore him and go about your business. That probably should only take you about 10 seconds total.

If he wants to tip you money when it is clear there is no 'understood' agreement you have every right to keep that money. Any complaints he make toCSR's will fall on deaf ears.
