Thanks for the list. If possible can you get clarification of the stackability of the Faction HQ doc bonus with level 6 med droid bonus, and BE tissue bonus? Do all of these stack multiplicatively?

when using the /healstate and /healenhance commands i still get the format error message.

Medicine use skill enhancements do NOT work...


I untrained a medicine use skill box to see if I could use a particular wound kit with a pair of skill enhanced pants and even though the skill mod was recognized in my skill mods as being high enough I still got an error when trying to use the kit as not having high enough skill.

Med Use skill enhancer Do Not and WIll Not work, by design. That was also in the patch notes under the DE profession. I must have forgot to include in the above.Check the Big Issues list under #32 for some of the reasons why it is that way and why, as a Doc, you may actually not want other folks having working Med Use tapes.

well it wouldn't be so bad if there was/is a cap of how much you can raise your skills with enhancements like +25 or something. I've heard of +65 clothing, that's insane for any skill to be raised that much.


Is there a current cap Z? I didn't read anything about that in any notes.

If there is, I've never seen it talked about, except for here, but I don't read the BE forums, either.


Nothing I've ever seen from the Devs about it, though. And that's kind of a problem. We don't know if there is supposed to be a cap at +100 or +125 or is there is not supposed to be any cap at all.


+65 may seem rridiculous, but if you think about it, it's all a part of the eveonomy. We could pay tailors for that kind of skill bonus so we can buff really well. The tailors in turn pay the BEs and so on. THat +65 would be available to any of us and doesn't provide any extra skills, just extra heal rates. So it may not really be that big fo a deal. If you are a buff seller, you'd just need to make sure to get something that good to stay competetive.

my wound packs were healing damage as well last night. was very odd and i was getting way more xp than normal as well.

Ditto. I even put my heal kits in general inventory (normally they're in medkit bag, for organizations sake)

Well there isn't a cap as far as I can tell for +skill clothing. The +med use was definately taken out of BE clothing, and disabled for any stuff that has +med use on it from pre patch. But my +wound treatment is working great now.


I have +59 to wound treatment from various BE clothing (pants, shirt, jacket, hat) and have been able to crush my old enhance rec of 2818 by scoring a 3254. I would recommend you guys pick some nice cloths up, especially before the nicer pre patch ones are gone.


Alsothere is a large difference between giving someone + wound treatment compared to +med use. The main reason is the +med use is useless to a master doc, but would allow a novice toattain power close to that of a master. Where as the + wound treatment mod is beneficial to both a novice and a master equally.

Looks like they may have fixed experimentation on Ease of Use for B level and greater enhance packs. I haven't experimented with this yet to make sure, but my base EoU is much lower when I craft D packs then it used to be (as in the 25% increase from my great success isn't increasing the med usage requirement to 84 anymore. its around 74 instead)
