People who abbreviate three letter words aren't worth talking to anyways.

I noticed this and think it was a gift from the devs. The reason why I think this is true is because Twi'leks are meant to be Dancers especially. What this means for them is they are dependant on buffs thanks the limits of 750 and 400 for secondaries. Maybe the Devs thought that giving them a bit more time per buff would be a slight gift despite the huge dependence forced upon them.
