Once you can, sell buffs. Buff everyone and their pet. Buffs give you 1 xp for every 2 points buffed. I'm a master doctor now, but I fairly regularly buff people for over 2000 points - that's an XP boost of over 1000 experience. You can climb trees in a big hurry that way.

using stim b's as a novice medic in the cantina is great, after that though it's a waste of a powerful stim.

Only thing i heal in a cantina is A) Burnt up ASTS (20k XP from one!!) and anyone with lots of black wounds. I won't heal the last bit i let someone else do it.

For to me make XP I go with a SMALL group with NO pets to a far away planet and they tank like crazy and I heal heal heal. Tuskan Fort is a good place. Squill cave.. etc..

Medical center and cantina is for newbies and is crappy XP unless your healing black bars.

I have heard the /forage or /tumbleToKneeling is considered an exploit and you can get in trouble if caught.. I have no idea if this is true.. but regardless it is the #1 way to get XP, macro's are the best for that and crafting.

I found the easiest way was to get a Commando friend to just duel my pets repeatedly, causing as many wounds as possible. This would give me 2 portable 'xp batteries' for whenever they were needed.

Make Enhance packs, then use them on people. Additionally, do the Health and Action right after each other and then heal the new white bar before it regens. A double hit of nice xp, plus you'll be doing people a favor instead of macro grinding it out.

Wow, you guys are pathetic.

No wonder I dont see any doctors at the tuskan fort, endor, dathomir or deep lok.

Let the novice medics work the med center, the exp there is pretty bad anyways.

700 exp per rezz, 500 exp per heal places like tuskan fort are 100k exp per hour if your the only healer in a large group.

Any up and coming doctors please, go out in the field and help a group out. Don't heal some body tumble rolling for 3 hours and dueling and hitting.

Here's what i did. on the other person set up a macro similar to the forage macro. set it to fire once a second and have it use tumble to standing (tier 2 of range suport in marksman) this will drain the guys action very fast and health about 1/3 as fast. if posible get a big enhance on the guys action to speed things up. get a bunch of stims and set up a repeating macro to use /healdamage on your target and sit back watchin the XP role in. Asumeing you can heal fast enough to keep up/exceed the rait your friend is draining his ham you can make a bit over 1k a minute this way. I did this with my seccond account but haveing a friend do it would work just as well. with the tumbeler haveing an enhanced action of 1700+ I could heal every 15 seconds (used D's cause I could and it full healed often) I usaly got 300 XP per charge avrage. any faster than that and I wasted charges cause it takes about 15 seconds to drain his action.

To Upgrade something implies that you are adding too, enhancing, and fixing the thing that you are upgrading. The CU does not do this, it is not adding too, enhancing, or fixing the combat system that is in place, it is replacing the innovative SWG system with the generic one used by its competitors. Be honest and stop calling it the CU, Call it the CR (combat replacement) instead

There are so many easy ways to med xp but are probably considered exploits.
1. The revive trick. Kill someone and revive them. Uses alot of mind though so not efficient.
2. Heal 2 people dueling. Just have have two people attack each other doing specials that use their H and A, not M and let them fight till they drop from lack of M. You can get a lot of xp healing the damage. This is alot of fun to do.
3. Find a CM to disease someone for you and heal the damage over and over. A good disease will last 10 minutes I think. Best to do this with another medic being each others guinea pig so both people benefit.
4. Have someone do the tumble move over and over to use action and heal it.
5. Combine all of these in the med center while healing real patients and you can get med xp very fast.

Of course, you can always have some sample some radioactives by hand...they'll rack up horrible wounds in a big hurry. The only problem is that it also causes mind wounds so, sooner or later, that person is going to have to spend some time in a cantina. Of course, pair up with a dancer that needs some experience and pay someone for their time and you could garner a lot of xp in a short amount of time.

the absolutely most fun way to get medical exp:

craft all your meds on the run, you'll end up on the higher crafting tiers before long and once we get proper exp for factory runs, i'm betting crafting exp wont be an issue anymore.

buy a level 6 medical droid, preferably with a builtin food/chem crafting module too. now proceed to heal anyone and everyone you can find of their wounds, good places to hang out are starports, cloning centres on lok/endor/dathomir, pvp wounded pets and atsts..

the key here is the droid, there arent that many mobile wound healing medics out there, so you have WAY less competition than you do if sitting in the cantina healing entertainers or in the med center healing patients.

PS. You cant heal wounds inside the cloning facility or cantina, which i find dumb

Aoccdrnig to a rscheearch at Cmabrigde Uinervtisy, it deosn't mttaer in waht oredr the ltteers in a wrod are, the olny iprmoatnt tihng is taht the frist and lsat ltteer be at the rghit pclae. I don't find that statement true at all, at least not for my server. Just about everyone pursuing dr, etc has a droid with a med component in it.

Ahh Elanae, but I think the crux of the matter is - if you run across a group fighting in the wilderness, there is less likely to be healing "competition" (at least on the lower level worlds) than in the med center or cantina.

And if you want to make your med center time the most effective - ask the big guilds where the GCW raids are going to be that night and set up in the appropriate med center for your faction (just be prepared for folks to go after you too....)
