Doh! Yeah, I somehow missed that 0. Yes, every extra +10 (not +1) skill points give you 1 extra Experimentation Point. With the +25 skill point cap, that means a maximum of 2 extra EPs. :/

capped heals for wounds at 200 for master medic (or novice doc). +25 wound treatment and i went up to 225. I know i can top the 225 but i know that does work. skills cap at +25

I'm not only sure about it,I gave Dev confirmation on it not too long ago.


You can get tapes as loot. Chances are te tougher the MOB the better the chance of getting a tape with more plusses on it. That's all random, though. Sometimes you can buy them on the Bazaar or from some merchants out there (check your server forums for stuff like that.) The BE stuff is actually items that must be crafted into clothing. So you could get BE items, but would need to bring them to a Tailor to have clothing made with those in there. Or find a Tailor that sell BE Enhanced clothing. (Again, check your server forum for that.)
