Yes, I would expect them to convert current buffs to some type of enhancer. They cant seriously expect something that 100+ cpu avian went into to convert into a low-level stim-D that can be produced in a better quality in a fraction of the cost post-CU.
A post-CU stim-D starts at 410 power and goes up to 1000 power, without subcomponents factored in. So 425 power is a post-CU stim-D made from crappy resources without any experimentation on the stim or the subcomponents.

I already read your post and I am currently running enhancer subcomponents through my factories on TC-Ep3 to test it myself. If they really dont give any benefit to MDs, that will be the next point to address. I still hope it is like harvesting droids currently - if you have novice scout only, you can almost double your harvest, but going up to master ranger you have an increase of about 1/3 (if I remember right).
But seeing the pure resource requirements, an enhancer is more appropriate as the conversion target for current buffs.

I'd be happy to either give you the enhancers I used (lots of charges left) or the subcomponents (my factories are still going as I ran all the advanced at 1000). Just shoot a tell/holomail to Euxi (subs) or Osrida (enhancers), both on TC-Ep3.

You raise a good point with regard to the harvest droid comparison, but my gut instinct says that these are commands in stimpack form. I'd be happy to be proven wrong.
