something is a mist, before last partch i was hitting 1500-3000 with 840 base packs, never below 1500 on any of them.

now im hitting 1k on about 3 of mt buffs and maybe and the other 3 buffs about 2k-3k.

just a few hours ago it got even worse, same buff packs but i hit someone under 1k . never buffed anyone under 1k before with 840 base.

this is as master doc and i make all my own pack so i try to max out the stat more then dropping the med use.

so if this is a bug lets get this fixed, otherwise this was one stelth nerf they didn't want us to find out fast enough.
