Right now the Nutrient Injection (health buff) and Endorphin Injection (action buff) do not increase the strength of the buff, but have a slight increase on duration that is proportional to strength. So your converted pre-CU enhance meds will increase the buff duration from 40 to 43 min, WOOT!

COnsidering the cost of these meds, I would say this is pretty unacceptable, and that at minimum, the enhancers should impact the strength of the buff.
