If I find a water spot 55% or higher I consider myself very lucky and drop my harvesters right there. Water is like ore in my experience, you have to settle for the lower %'s.
Oh yeah my last stim b's were 411/42

ALL grinding materials I had left over from grinding doc(took me 2 days to master medic/doc).stimpack c's..47 uses 828 heal with all advanced components.for 6 crates of 50 and 1 crate of 34 cost me about 240k in resources (all paid for but the herb meat)

Somehow I don't think that's a stim C. Much less one made from grinding material.

Sounds more like a Stim D than a Stim C. Even using the best resources and all 3 adv comps.the max a Stim C can get to is near 700 base.
