The Bio enhancements must be "sewn" into the garment. They are not added like a skill tape. You will need to give those enhancers to a Tailor who can then create your clothing.
Be sure to ask the Tailorabout what clothes can get up to +25. Some clothes only accept one enhancement component and would thus cap out at +14 (which is the value of the enhancement your BE friend is supplying).There are many otherarticles of clothingwhich accept multiple BE enhancements ... those are the clothes that will get you up to +25 in ONE piece of clothing.
It's likely that the Tailor will already have the necessary BE enhancers to make your clothes. So, you may not need to buy anything from your BE friend.
