Thread: What do you want?

Just one thing:
1. Something to weed out the "doitformes." I'm getting tired of people coming into something they didn't have the patience or need for and expecting the world to revolve around their every whim.

We are the explorers when it comes to JtL. A lot of us were among the first on our servers, and it should be pretty obvious that most of the people who come later won't care as much.
Help them as much as they need to be helped, not as much as they want to be helped, if you feel you have to help them at all.
Oh, I don't wish for the other kind to get involved in PvP...when that happens, they come in here and try to convince us all that Space PvP should be like the ground, and get all defensive and hostile when people disagree.
"OMG, I was just minding my own business farming thousands of FP, and some pr*ck comes along and just shoots me out of the sky! I mean, seriously - why can't I get FP without possibly dying for it! It's just SO inconvenient!"
I think I'm gonna end it there, my waning sense of rationality is telling me that if I keep going on this track I just might take things a little too far.

That being said, taking Coran's old quote into account before saying this:
2. Make the Initial "Ace" designation the equivalent of mastering Artisan on a piloting scale. Make an "Elite" level that actually takes skill points to learn, and make the rewards worth giving up the ground game for.
2a. Make said Elite Pilot profession STILL devoid of FS XP conversion.
BTW
I'd like to see some more, interesting content, for Aces. There is a great deal to do at lower levels but, beyond farming and such, there seems to be little to do Once you hit ace other than... Do it all over again.
2. Lambda for me
3. Space GCW
4. SMUGGLING, dammit!
5. Uses for prestige (not that I earn much)

Um, how about no.
I'm a master Ranger on ground. To be a master Ranger, you need a combat prof, so I have master rifleman. That leaves me with 4 skill points. We just don't have enough skillpoints for ground and space.

One Friggin Space Station We Can All Land On!
We need a central location for people to get pick up groups in space, and where the people serious about space can find each other.
