I was just working on my macro and ran into the same thing and noticed I had
/ui action toolbarSlot1
instead of
/ui action toolbarSlot01
Make sure it is 2 digits
But I myself am stuck after it loads the macro and the schematic I insert the items and it just closes on me here is what I am using:
/ui action toolbarSlot01;
/select DraftSchematic 07;
/pause 5;
/nextCraftingStage;
/nextCraftingStage;
/createPrototype practice no item;
/createPrototype practice no item;
Thanks.

Use /sel 01 (to change above in red) much faster to type, and change the 01 to what ever number/schem. you are crafting.
Hope that helps

I haven't seen a fully working Buff macro. I saw a buff house once, in which you paid 14k to enter the house and you get buffed inside. I also say an AFT doc at the starport doing something dangerous in my opinion if you are really AFK.
You banktip the money
You invite him to your group
You get buffed
You disband and leave.
That means that the macro is farely simple.
1) Advertise your stats, ask to banktip and ask to invite to group
2) join the group
3) select the group leader
4) /healEnhance 6 times, separated by a 17-18 second pause
5) A thank you note
6) Disband, wait 20 seconds and loop
But if you do that while you're afk, there are 2 obvious risks. You can't veryfy that the person paid, if you run out of meds, you'll have very angry people, and to hack you, someone could setup a macro to invite you to group every second and make ou waste buffs or prevent you from buffing.
What I would try is theentry charge to a house or hut and THEN, you ask people to invite to group and buff. That way, at least, you get the money every time. I would empty my inventory and try to fit 6-7 complete sets to make sure you don't runout over night.
I don't like those methods a lot because unlink music/dance buffs, doc buffs use expensive meds and if an error were to happen in your macro, you can end up wasting a lot of meds. I sat close to an AFK doc for about 2 hours and I had people waiting 15-20 minutes to get buffs and absolutely no one got buffed by the bot. Probably because there is a lot of money involved.

OK, that is what I was looking for, to make a buff house, but the only question I have his how do you select the leader of the group?

I did this rodeo for awhile. Good and easy money after everyone knows where you are. It is costly as I incorporated Bivoli and that hurts the pocketbook till everyone starts using it. You can rip it out if you want.
Here is some description:
I named my macro: buffbot. First, I got a backpack and named it: "zzaazzaa123." Then, I dropped it in my house. The first thing the macro does is target the backpack. Next, I advertise. Notice that I do use a droid with my macro. If the player wants bigger buffs, he can use a power droid to make sure my droid is charged before the buffs start. Next, I join the group. You'll notice that I do alot of the commands twice. I just like to do it and I never had a problem with this macro.
Ok, time to target the leader. Next, is where I use bivoli. I fill up the bottom of my 6th panel with bivoli. Give's the macro a full days worth of bivoli. Remember, you can't eat it if you are already under the influence. Also, I used the an afk macro to keep from being logged. I don't know if they nerfed that or not. Trial will tell.
I welcome the player and start the macro. I give the player status updates in group chat to reduce the spam. At halfway, I let everyone in the room know where we are at. Finally, I thank the player, disband the group and target my trusty backback. Then, the macro starts over.
Here it is:

Got to mention that I tried a slightly modified version of this macro myself for my alt on the other computer while I was playing with my main char. This wayI could go hunting or whatever and my guildees could use him for buffing without me having to stop what I was doing. It works just fine.
Obviously its not something you really want to make public as there are probably ways for people to screw it up for you if you arent watching and they are that way inclined but for people you know and trust then its a good way of helping people out while you do your own thing. One thing i would suggest is you put the time allowed in house at minimum (15 mins) so people dont stay in the house afk or get over buffed by accident although its not possible to due that unless it was deliberate anyway.
Nice macro and thanks for posting it.

Thank you for the stars.
I agree with the time limit. 15 minutes is about right. I left it running during the day without much attending to it.
However, with the macro targetting the object (in this case, my backpack) the player wanting to cause problems would also have to run a macro to constantly invite me to a group. It never happened to me, but it could have. Of course, that macro would be super simple compared to this one.
At any rate, have a good time with it. I did.

Ok I set the macro up just like described in your post, it targeted the backpack I put in my house but at the targetGroup0 part the macro untargeted it and I started buffing myself. Do I have something set up wrong maybe in the game options for targeting items maybe.

Huh?!
Never had that problem. But, I haven't used this macro for a few updates. I'll get in and give it a try.

OK. Just gave it a try.
It worked for me. I received a message saying that the object could not be seen.
Make sure all of your commands end with a semi-colon. The last command doesn't need it, but the rest of the macro needs it.
I don't know what it could be. I do remember a post that read something about targetting getting messed up on another forum. Try logging and logging right back in. Be ready to immediately try the macro.
I am interested to see if it works for you. Please let me know.

A few questions....
Can someone be outside the building and invite you to your group thus bypassing the entrance fee?
What happens if more than one person enters the building and gets booted before they are buffed?
And how do you advertise this service to make it worthwhile?

This may not happen to you but I seem to buff myself if no one is grouped with me. Is there away to avoid this????

Im not even a doc yet but im working on it, should be finished tomorrow! ![]()
But i think ive read about that problem and if im not mistaken it can be soloved by targeting a object in the house, in this case the backpack, are you doing that?
