Thread: Any Doc's trying to get a holocron???
I'm surprised this isn't considered a top ten item! If you are a non-combatant player, you have virtually no hope of acquiring a holocron (somehow, I don't think people are ever going to tip in holocrons).
One of my chars is working toward the ever popular (grin) master dancer/master doctor combo. She's never fired a gun, never killed anything, and doesn't plan to...at least for a long while. But playing this way, she'll never get a holocron.
In terms of balance, all elite/hybrid professions should have an equal chance of using their given profession to learn the path to the force. Thus right now, the game is horribly imbalanced in favor of the elite combat professions.

Got my holocron.
Now I'm a doc that dances. ![]()
Seriously, doctors shouldn't have a hard time getting a holo. Just group in and take a turn. I've had numerous tells asking me to go hunting with people.
Took 8 days, and I dread searching for the next one.
From everything that I've read on the Jedi board, there are 2 professions marked for you when you start your character. Each holocron will tell you to master each one of these professions, then once you do, the last one will tell you that there is nothing more that the holocrons can show you and you must find your way yourself. Theres tons of info on the Jedi board about all of this.

If you keep getting holocron's, does each one tell you to be a different profession??? I thought it was already pre-selected for you when you made your character??
