I've managed somewhere in that region, but not for a long time... if memory serves correctly it was 12488 seconds, so just a couple of minutes longer, although others on FarStar have surpassed this

I would just like to point out that the components for the buff's as in the ABEC's etc..etcI bought from Bloodfin's best doc (Rerinha) without her components I would not of been able to make such good buff's. 
Just wanted to point that out.

Interesting, been making buffs with 3:50+ for quite a while, seems alot of players would rather have more time and little less power.
Offset the power loss a bit by using 25+ bivoli.
Buffpacks are 850-873 range using the last really good avian spawn on corellia and skevron gas(970oq and 900ish decay), but was able to get my hands on waupi avian so now they are in the 920 range.
I sell some of my older packs on my vendor if anybody wants the duration, 89 use with some 91 mixed in, go for 20K a pack 29-31 uses. Can't guarentee whats left on the vendor but try to keep it stocked.
Now if we could only get a good lok wheat spawn to show up..........

im currently 4442 and i hit for 2.1k for 3hrs 50min 0_o. im thinkin the buffs were made for duration rather than str, but again im still not yet a master.

Duration is always the same regardless of Wound Treatment so I'd say yes.

Mede some +934 12494 31 Use buff on my first try as a 11 pt doc I havent made a single buff pack in a year now and am very happy with the results

Ludossk on Eclipse used to make 3h54m ones that buffed 2601 or something, 3h42m is still pretty nice though.. the normal buffs on my server now are like 2h50m, but the time is increasing slowly now due to resource kits.

Almost everyone on Naritus is making buffs now that buff for 2437 and 3 Hour, 42 Minute Duration.
The stats (off the top of my head)are:
22/15 ABECs
68 ACDRMs
66 ASDS
The key ingreds for those buffs are:
Ifak (Lokian Avian Meat) - 946 OQ / 803 PE / 821 DR
Eronutoate (Tolium Reactive) - 1000 OQ / 996 DR
With the recent 30K resource deeds there are a TON of these buffs floating around now all over the server.... they are great for grinding as they almost get you thru 2 entire Mind Buffs if you time it right.
