Yes, you're mistaken. You could have a group if 10 people and all 10 could harvest the same resource off the same crearture, if they were all grouped.

I'm on Infinity, where resources cost the earth, & found it easier to just get a flora sampler & harvest wheat - quality is high, tho granted the PE is none too good.

Eyam, all buff D's except Action, require avian meat and reactive gas.

Therefore, using a harvester won't work unless you've found a way to strap a harvester to a birdies butt

They really need to increase the harvest rate on creatures that drop avian meat. It is the lowest of any resource that I've seen.

I was out with my guild on Naboo hunting a couple days ago and we ran across some peko peko albatrosses. Those gave 500 units of avian meat each!! The OQ was only 700 or so, but hey it is a lot of meat at once. These animals though are a little tough to kill and they are HUGE! Also, when you kill them, make sure you loot them for the feather as those are valuable to armorsmiths.
