Marrow mate, as you are reading this post could you please clarify whether the buffs have been fixed.I tried using them in and prior to group PVE combat on TC and fellow players did not notice it. I play a noob level hero on City of Heroes and noob groups survive and can play aggressvely if I am there but TC-SWG I might as well have not bothered and finally got to swing an NSLVA as more use- Oh I did)

Just i can't log on and deal with respec until there is some kind of clarification as I'd like to be a pikie/doc but not if that pathetic waste of space char on TC is all we are getting.

Any help you can provide/pass on from devswould be greatly appreciated.
