I've made crates of buff packs all stats except action that came out with base strength of 920 without janta. The action had base strength 970 without janta.
The action buffed for 2700+ for 3.5 hours, the rest buffed over 2515 for 3.5 hours.
Never tried using my janta blood yet, so i don't know how that will go.

A couple of things I'd like to point out here:
Buffs around 1500 DO suck, even in PvE considering you're grinding some profession, you'll need some kind of armor. If encumbrance makes secondaries go below 1500 then it's not a good buff.
It's obvious some of you guys here are not into PvP. When you're going to fight, you'll need the best buffs out there. Granted that you'd use full stun armor, encumbrance is somewhere between 600-800. To have the magic 1500 on strength and quickness, it's only decent you should go for 2k+ buffs. Janta buffs are also very useful, but it doesn't make much sense to make all 6 stats with it (like someone said somewhere in this thread). Usually, health and action is enough (maybe regen pools too, though it's not that important considering the two are healable), but you definitely don't need to make strength and quickness janta buffs, that's just a waste (those two need to be higher than 1500, period).
The reason is simple: there aren't any fights anymore without dot's. That's the truth plain and simple, wether it's a CM or some guy with dot weapons, they're always there. Because of this you WILL need every point you can get on your HAM bar.
In you mind pool you need every point but ppl just don't target the other 2 bars unless they can't attack the mind pool so can't see why 3k buffs would be neccessary at any time ????
Exactly. Who targets anything but the Mind bar anymore anyways? 2k buffs are more than enough for the avg PvP. Maybe jalexu is thinking a duel?

Well, considering one of the most popular pvp templates can't even target mind (fencer) I'd assume the best buffs you can get are required for pvp.
As a matter of fact, only a few profs can target just the mind (rifleman and tka come to mind); no pun intended.

You can hit over 3k if you are using janta blood, but they are very pricey to buy on any server.

I have hit 4500 mind pool simply on dancer buffs, brandy and a powerboost. With a muon my mind pool would be over 5k in this situation (Think of vercupti as well and wow). If you were PvPingsomeone that had 5k mind.. would you target it or the health/action that is usually around 3k? Of course, the 4500 pool only happens for 5 minutes when the 4th brandy gets shoved in my stomach, but after that I still have slightly over 4k from the 3rd brandy, and it stays there pretty constant. The brandy is 435 for 43 minutes.

Buffs are very much dependent on avian meat spawns... a very good spawn on Ahazi got them up from 2100 to 2500.
In regards to buffs when you PvE, it may not be worth it for missions (I never do missions so I dont really know... unless I am harveting avian meat, in which case I dont need buffs at all) but for the stuff I normally do (krayts/geocaves/DW bunker/corvette), 2500buffs help alot.
I dont think I could ever do missions again.. its just toooo boring.. I dont want to see another mokk or Janta in my life!

It's all in the avian meat ![]()
937s are possible on Bria, with abec's crafted for charges ![]()
That is with a 970/930 avian spawn, 999oq gas, 66 acrdm, 75 asds and 18/20 abec.

I make 912 buffs, 2450 enhancement.
I agree it has alot to do with the avian meat.
Also getting 900 oq resources.
I have every resource saved up for the next run with all 900 oq, and decent pe.
Just waiting on a herb meat shift. Ill let yall know how it turns out

We're using all 900 plus oq and usually 900 plus pe stuff as well and NO ONE on Starsider is above 910 power (cept action packs). If I remember correctly we're using 920 oq 978dr gas, 23 charge 14 power abecs, 64 power ACDRM's, 71 power ASDS and like 920/930 avain meat. We top out at 897 power, I made some new abecs with new fiber that were 21/16, came to 899 power.
The best herb meat ever on Starsider sucked, so that might have to do with it. But I dont think enough that it would mean 50 points of power different

But, in my opinion, there really isnt any point paying so much money and spending so much time for thos kinds of buffs. There really doesnt seem to be much advantage between 2000 and 2500, other than geing able to brag about it.
Besides, the whole system will most likely end up getting changed in a month or two with the combat revamp.
Based on my sales for the last couple of months, a number of people feel otherwise...
I've been selling 5 types of packs for a while, 4 of them run from 15k-24k per, from about 880/32/12.5k to 929/31/9k, with a few stops in between (including some that are both 900+ and 3hrs+ at the same time)...
The 5th type is from 931/32-957/30/12.2k, and 40-45k a pack. They sell so much faster than the others you wouldn't believe it. Good thing too, since I've been buying that avian meat for in the vicinity of 750cpu lately...
