Wow that price is nuts, do you even make a profit? I sell my 910's for 500k for 5 sets...65k...wow
I'll be making a small profit because I get most of the resources VERY CHEAP from my guildmates.
It doesn't matter how much it costs you to get things. If you don't use the 'market price' you are just undercutting the other docs. Unfortunately lots of crafters don't get it and most other crafters have a hard time competing after that /sigh.
What I don't understand is, do you sell so cheap because you think it will benefit your customers? Because your customers will be very happy, make much more money thanks to you, while you and the other docs selling buff packs will make less.
I sell buffpacks very cheap too, but my quality is not up to 'market value' par. I think his prices are fine, especially if established docs on his server are making 900+ power packs. People who want quality will definately return to established docs that have quality buffs, even if the prices are alot higher. Noone would buy 830 power packs if they could get 900+'s for the same price. He is giving the customer incentive to buy his lesser packs, until he improves them to 'market value'. My first set of buffs were 27/825/12000 and I sold them really cheap because of the competition I had. They sold moderately well, and I dought I took a noticable amount of customers from my compitition because my packs were severely subpar. Since then I have crafted much better buffs, but I still offer them at a cheaper than market value for several reason: 1) They are still subpar compare to other docs, but still enough to keep anyone happy, power-wise 2) At my current, cheap prices, they sell enough where Im making money, but not too much where Im constantly running out of stock 3) I make them cheap and enjoy selling them cheap![]()
If he was making 32/910/12000 packs and selling them for his current prices I would say that is a bit unfair to other docs, and to his customers, assuming he could make them as cheaply as he is now. I sell my packs according to resources used, I disregard market value, and I dont see anything wrong with that. I dont feel like I should be making 200% profit per pack as that would be unfair the my customers...100% is good enough for me![]()

On farstar many of the doctors are going by charges x duration x power / 10k ....

Other Docs charge about 500k for similar packs but with 5-6 more charges. Decent Avian meat can be purchased for 75cpu while in shift, and sets of buffs rarely sell for more than 10k in coronet, so other servers seem very expensive to me.
75 cpu?!?!? I hate scylla.../CRY
