10% buff bonus on Twi's? I never knew... 13 months as a Twi and I never knew... crazy.

The best I had so far is 2571 3.44hrs
I bought these - from a 12 pt doc.

The 12 points on experimentation probably makes a big difference... gotta go hunting again it seems.

With resouces needed to make high power and duration any 10 point doc can max out the power/duration line. You do not need any extra points to make great power/duration packs.
The extra points will only allow you to get extra charges or lower the MU. That's it.
If you have very low oq or dr then you may need an extra point to max out the power/duration line. But if you have that kind of resouce your pack will not be great for power or duration anyway.
