Yeah Eryn is right. Also, the delay of heals is tied to the speed of weapon equipped as well.

- Poison and Disease(from a CM) can only be applied once every 4 seconds. So the delay on ours and the delay on the doc cures are the same.
- States have always been able to be reapplied immediately upon removal of that state, either by means of medicine or simplytiming out. This will, hopefully, get addressed in the combat revamp.
- Curing(poison/disease/bleeding/states) and Stimming are based off injury treatment speeds. Doctor has never had injury treatment speed skill mods. They don't get better at it and never have.
- Doctors are wound treatment specialists. That is what they do, that is what they get skillmods for.
- 1 second Stims/Cures WAS a bug. Not reportedly, not supposedly, no maybe. It WAS a bug.
I'm sorry you got used to a game bug during your gameplay and now have to figure out how to play a doc differently. But the fact of the matter is, those of us that have been docs for a long time have had to deal with these issues you're now getting around to and we've learned to adapt. You can too.
I'm not saying other issues(such as armour delay, etc) aren't effecting healing. They very well could be. But when it comes to just the timers themselves? Those are finally back to where they need to be.

Are you aggro'ed at the time? Being aggro'ed triggers the delay, peacing out will help.
