Did I mention that I'm a Master TKA ? Once I master doc I may drop TKA for Pikeman. Don't knock Pikeman until you've tried it. Once you are finally able to connect with the LVA (yes eventually it does happen) the profession becomes a blast. It may need help and dev luvin but it still rocks.

Oh and I'm not really intrested in fast legit xp, just a steady flow. I've been in the "gotta grind it to master NOW" mode for a while and recently I've scaled back to the "enjoy the journey" method. I'm enjoying collecting resources and sitting and healing folks in the med center is pretty cool too. Basically I want something to do when the med centers are empty.

I leveled to TKM at the Tusken Fort, and I'm well on my way to master doc there as well.

If you want legit healing xp, from other players ONLY and not from healing pets or tumblers, I suggest the following. Go to Theed or another well traveled city. I choose Theed cause of the no-wait shuttle, many people use that as a travel hub. Stand in the area where everyone loads into the city. Have plenty of all wound packs and you're droid out. Heal all wounds of any traveller that loads in. Not only are you getting a decent xp rate, but you are also saving that person time and a trip to the med center. You'd be surprised at how many people actually are very grateful for this and will be more than happy to tip generously for the service.

Just make sure you use some decent B packs. You would be surprised with the number of people that will load in with a couple hundred health or action wounds and speed is the key here. The faster you can heal them the better since you only have their load time before they will usually head off, as I said most likely tipping first.

To be honest with you, while this will get you a decent rate of med xp, you would be well advised to seek out another method. It is time consuming and its basically hurry and heal someone, then wait 8 or 9 minutes for the next load of passengers. I found the combo of having health and action disease applied to pets, or burning if there aren't any CMs around, to be MUCH more effective in neeting the relatively substantial amounts of xp you'll need for Master Doctor.

One more suggestion if you decide to take the shuttle port idea. You might want to consider grinding out that crafcting during the down times between shuttles. You can net a good amount of crafting xp in that 8 or 9 minutes if you're practicing on Adv BECs.

I spent a long time in medcenters and on Dath healing people.

You get good tips if you can get a dancer to go with you.

once you get to 0-2-4-0, you can start giving buffs and getting a lot of xp. It took me 30 min to get from 0-2-4-0 to 0-4-4-0 in front of the coronet cantina. Then when you get 0-4-4-0, you get even more xp, since your will buff for higher values each time. Another bonus is that most people will pay you also!

I'm loathe to heal afk macro tumblers and I'm also not up for just sitting in a catina healing afk dancers. I was pretty upset this weekend to go into the medical center in Coronet on Intrepid and I was about the only medic there actually healing people. All the other "medics"were healing the afk tumbler while people just sat there with black HAM bars wondering if anyone was going to heal them.

Pretty annoying if you ask me.

That always seemed kind of stupid to me. You get .5 xp per point of dmg healed but 2.5 XP per point of wounds healed. Stim healing and tumbling is the biggest waste of time/resources. You're better off having a Commando flaming the crud out of a Pet and healing it's wounds for XP.

Starport in coronet. People will come in to see entertainers since most are in the cantina there. They will usually have alot of wounds, best healing XP.
