Yup, you're certainly correct there. I think there are afew reasons for that.

First of all, you need to be a highly skilled doctor to make a rez pack. Although most people making stims professionally are master doctors (or at least maxed out the crafting line in doctor), many people that can use stim b's can make them on their own. The same is not always true with rez packs. There are a lot of master surgeons running around that can make their own stims easy enough, but they can't make rez packs. Hence, the demand for rez packs is somewhat higher.

Second, not as many folks stock rez packs. Obviously, most pharmaceutical salespeople focus on stims as those are the best sellers. As such, the market for stims has become very competitive. This means that the profit margin on stims goes down (in order to compete with other merchants) while the margin on rez packs and other things that aren't stocked as often, goes up.

Third, rez packs require identical components (3 LS's) to construct. That requires the overhead of a factory, which not every doctor has readily available. That means that, while they might be able to make many things on their own, rez packs aren't one of them.

And lastly, I think people "perceive" a rez pack to be worth more. The thought of being revived after you've been killed seems like a more important thing than healing some damage (even if it would have saved you from being killed in the first place). This perception leads people to justify paying more for rez packs than stim packs.

So, that's my take on it, anyway. Thosefour things, coupled together, keeps the price for rez packs high. It's true, while I was selling meds, I sold more stim B's than anything else, but my profit margin on other things (rez packs and enhance packs, especially) was by far the best.

I had no idea what to charge so I put some on my vendor for 7k for a 10 charge pack and I sold out in a day...

Oops sorry all.

My thoughts exactly. I had never sold rez kits before, so I based the pricing off of stim b's pricing. As a result, I sell em for much less than 100 cr/charge...but maybe I should look at the competition first. Mine are all 24-25 charge packs, too. Hmm.

A slightly off topic question, but how does the LS affect the pack?

I'm getting 30 charges on my packs, would I do any worse if I switched to regular LS?

Thanks

As far as I can tell, the LS doesn't do much for a revive pack as they don't really have a "power." Often, I'd use some of my best advanced BEC's with some crummy LS's to make revive packs.

Think it all depends on how much money people have to spend...I have sold stim d's which are pretty easy to make for 3000. Even when i use the whole 5cpu for what i used formual it would only come out to like 1/2 that price.
