All of medic in 8-9 hours? How? Organic chem was really easy but the other stuff takes a long time. I only get like 60 med XP per stim B heal. I think i could get more MXPif i had better Stim Bs but the best ive made are 144 healing. So how did you get that med xp?

You can purchase stim-B's with 30x/275 in crates of 5 for 3k on the bazaar. (on sunrunneryou can anyway). You can buy single stim-B's that are 36/350 for about 3000, too. Make sure you don't waste them on people that could be healed with two charges of a stim-A. Also, try making some basic woundpack-A's and heal folks waiting at the starport.

For the first 2 boxes of doc crafting, I made Stim Ds with regular components (had to buy my biological controllers) and let them sit in my house. I hand-crafted all of the other components. Yeah, it was a pain, but each Stim D ended up being worth quite a bit of crafting xp, and since I wasn't using advanced components, they didn't have a ton of charges, which meant they didn't take up space in my house for quite as long. They worked fine for healing people on hunting trips. For the last 2 boxes, I did ABECs in practice mode.

I'm going to respectfully disagree with everyone else here. BECs are probably the way to go. Some time ago, a doctor went through the trouble of creating a very elaborate list of ratios for crafting xp. Though I can't find the post itself, I will try to recap what he said here:

BEC: 12 units resource/ 39xp (practice mode)= 3.3 xp/unit resource

ABEC: 36 units resource/ 94xp (practice mode)=2.2 xp/unit resource

Given the delay times of each component, one can essentially craft 3 BECs/minute/tool, which is 117xp/minute. With 2 tools, you could be producing 234 xp/minute--you can do the math if you had more tools open. Of course, this isn't definitive nor perfect because even with a macro (which wasn't around when I crafted) it takes time to click on the resources; however, given the delay time of the ABEC, I believe you can only craft 1.3 ABECs/minute/tool--at best.

To get the most out of your money and time, I think BECs are much more effective and cheap.Lok wheat and Tat Fiber are premium resources and expensive as a result; any org and inorg can be used for BECs. To me, where money was a problem as a beginning doc, it just makes more sense to craft BECs.

Though, if someone has a counter argument, I'd be glad to hear it.

i did the ABEC's with the crafting macro, and did expert crafting and master crafting in about 2 hours....it's just a matter of getting the resources.

I did adv infection amplifiers but you can't do that anymore since they got moved.

i used a finish practice macro which works pretty much for everything not a fancy macro. I only grinded my last box when i was 4/4/4/3.
