You coudl theoretically soloa Canyon Krayt with TKM/Doc provided you have mind buffs, and good brandy/canape.
However, it would probably take you close to 20-25 minutes to accomplish. And I garuantee you would not be able to kill it before a krayt group would come along and take it from you.

I'm sorry but Kimo Gila's are NOT comparable to a Krayt, unless you are comparing the GDK against a Canyon Hatchling.
I can solo all Kimo's (except GDK) in under 5mins, hardly losing any ham in 73% ubese, I would get owned solo'ing a Krayt.
I have 87% base comp also.
Its what has been stated: huge ham (375k), heavy armor, high kinetic resist = TK doesn't do much.
It's hard as hell to solo a GDK because of the poison, and that's only a 92k ham.
