Yeah the crafting nerf..the nerf was taking it away lol

I got ASDS to 100%, ALS to 95%, ACDRM to 96% and have schematics for them.

a chef food which was introduced in the chef revamp in publish 6

it gives a boost to your wound treatment skill

it DOES stack with BE clothing as they arnt under the same cap

highest you will find is +25 which can really help towards buffing especially since static buffs were introduced

Before the patch I was doing 3747 ehnace with a 1004 action D and the same situations
Enhances were sucessfully nerfed =(

I totally disagree...

While you would get the occasional 3700, you would also get a *edit*load more 12-1400s as well. 2500s across the board? I'll take em over a 1200 health/1200 const any day...

Sounds like your applying for a job

I never buff in med center, i will occaisionally run through and heal (dont need exp so i dont go often) but people healing the tumblers will eventually get the wounded.

yes, medical cities do have a 110 Medical rating. This DOES stack with droids 110 medical rating so basically you get ANOTHER 10% added to the buffs

The way it stands now you need a pack at 1098 or higher to reach the 3k mark and beyond

He means cities with the medical attachment done by politicians no? Hmm I get 2436 across the board...haven't found any Biv yet, and not sure where to get Janta blood from, might look into it though.

fyi, you get a 25% buff bonus if you go inside a friendly factional detachment headquarters, declare, /register, then buff with droid and bivoli
