When you get up above 10 harvestors (all spread out) and needing 100k + of avian/herbivore, it does end up taking upwards of 6 hours a day

you dont have to have a huge business to make money.... think corporate vs family own businesses.... the corporate business is the guy working 6 hours a day, investing more time and money into the business, the family owned business is the guy working maybe 6 hours a week, investing less time and money, while still making money.... I am the latter.... I have no plans on moving up to the corporate world.... I craft my own buffs, buff the public and make quite a bit of cash.... I plan on selling buff packs themselves eventually, when I stockpile resources enough.

I love crafting... I'm much more into that than combat really, even if I enjoy healing etc during hunts and raids. I hate the buffing part though. But yes, it takes lots of time, when you harvest most of your meat and resources yourself. I spend 50% of my time online doing it easily.

Lazy? no, lazy is the beggars in the starports asking for free money. If you want to make money as a doc(which isnt thebest profession to make money with), there is no need to craft your own(although putting some time into resource collecting and crafting raises profits) to make money. You can enjoy all the benefits of being a doc without crafting. Personally, I run 8 heavy harvestors on the side, brings in cash and crafting resources for me, this lets me buff the public for cash, as well as bringing in a steady stream of resource sales.

I make my own medical supplies. My doc is my alt char and I wanted a crafting professions but also a good support char and Doctor fits that chart realy good.

I'm running a vendor where I sell medical supplies and I tries to keep my 25 slots on the bazaar filled with stuff as well.

I use approximate 0.1% of what I make.

I've got a 13-page buffpack vendor alone.

So, people like you are my ideal customer.

And theres are lots more Doctors who buy, than Doctors who make, I think.

There's plenty of room for both types in this game. I picked Doctor because when I read the manual, it struck me as the only "HardCore Crafter with a useful role in Combat".

Crafting can kiss my ass, as a Doctor I hate crafting so much... I prefer buying the stuff from someone

not at all man...i love being a doc but crafting excellent buffs takes too long...the crafting part is easy...it's finding the top-notch resources to craft them with. I want the best buffs possible so buying them is easiest for me.
