Most docs will make their own using factories although you will see some cratesfor sale on the bazaar. Try not to buy them unless you know the good stats needed to make quality buffs (try swgcraft.com or another linkto find what sort of numbers your subcomponents should have to make good buffs) I tend to make a sh**load of subcomponent crates so I don't have to bother again for ages.

Try Radiant trade galaxy to see if anyone's selling some or put up a WTB link for them

Oh you have nothing to worry here, I think most Docs will agree that buying high quality meat at 10-15 cpu from the community is nothing else but a nice dream in this game.

Everyone pays 75-150cpu base for good avian meat because it's more lucrative just to run janta missions unless you happen to be offering a good amount of money. Just buffing friends is fine....of course mine hunt for me for free since they're, you know, friends.
