I think that it works best in the opposite order... /healstate dizzy; /stand;

Reason being, if you hit /stand while you're dizzy and standing, you'll fall down. This way, if you're standing, you'll heal the state -- if you're kd'd, you won't be able to, so you'll stand, and can hit the macro again to heal the state. I've been surprising them getting up fast...
