I agree with Obata. 21 charges isn't bad. The charge range is 5 to 25, so 21 charges means you are working with resources that are about 80% to 84.9% of ideal for charges.

I'm 11pt and I made 14/24 Abecs and came out with a final 842 enhance 35 charges.

i would like some extra power in those because that is pretty weak in my opinion. Another 30 power and I would be happy. Even if it means the loss of a few charges.

I may post all my stats and resources, then you more experienced guys can tell me where I'm going wrong.
