1088/58 with 40 MU

Never used janta in them, as I hit 2200 point heals all the time or better with them. I try to save my janta's for the B's. Those that use them really appreciate the boost the janta gives. Big difference for a novice med when using a 600+ stim B or a 450.

My siggie got nerfed.
