What they should do is a more "target" friendly system. Where the que would include a target say name. When u hit a macro lets say i'm in combat my friend is named George. I target George and hit a macro thats something like:
/healDamage [target];
The que then reads my current target of George and stores this in the que:
/healDamage George;
When the healing comes up in the que, it doesn't matter what i have targeted at the time, the que runs the "/healDamage George" thus George is healed, and i conitue on my combat target.

I use that for my heal macroand it works has always worked at the same speed for measa TKM and a Master Rifleman.

Still works for me, with a very slight delay- I have always done it the same way, I hit peace which clears the combat que then heal and it's good.

I dont know if any one possted this but, doc isnt nerfed!!! Heals state cures etc were always in the que you just couldnt see them.I have not see no new delay at all its al the same personally i like being able to see it
well have fun just my 2 cents.
