Your components are fine. It's the avian meat holding you back. Btu there's nothing wrong with the packs you're making.

ACR max is 75
ASDS max is 75

Due to crafting limits these are actually 73 except on patch day where I could hit 75.
Resources on my server have limited ACR to 66.

73 on ACRDMs as far as I know, as herb meat caps at 700 PE you can't reach 99% experimentation on them.
