Simplest solution: Stop using the Macro.


But yeah, I backpacked my AOE Cures so that I would only use them when necessary. If only one person gets Poisoned (maybe from a DOT weapon) I don't want to waste an AoE curing that person, so I still have my singles. I placed them on my hotkey bar one menu beyond my main bar, so they're in the exact same spot as my normal /curePoison and /cureDisease commands, but one palette over.

Yeah I have single poison and single disease cure in my main inventory. Just keep the areas in backpack so I don't burn through them all.
