if you want to start it goto your faction COORDINATOR and start the mission. look for a guide if you want in the game guids forum. (it will be buried deep by now)

/agree regarding the content remark. Missions with a storyline that took you to different places and actually had a purpose to them. Who'd a thunk it?

I have not done it for some time, but he is correect, you should be able to run the missions still. Once you get to the mission where you are told to gather the Flora, you simply keep the flora and run the same mission over and over again to get more of it. This is the only source of that resource.

And in case you did not catch his subtle hint. The person to start the mission is not a faction Recuriter but a different NPC called a Coordinator.
