Sorry to hear about your losses - nice to know there's someone who understands out there - it sucks that there's nothing we can do about it....no appeal..etc.. My hubby told me to write a CSR - I had to laugh. It was hard enough having to backtrack and find out how they disappeared - I don't want to rehash it and get upset again over receiving a "sorry - nothing we can do about it" email. I want to move on...
A good friend and guildmate started a pledge-a-thon for me on our trade server - was very very VERY surprised - got 10mil raised already (and that was only 2 individuals - my guildie and one other friend in-game - lol)
I added the friend to the free doc buff (and free dancer/music buff on my alt char) and will be providing some sub-components (she's a Bio-eng).
My guildmate already gets those priveleges so I gotta find something extra to do for him. (He did get a JTL beta invite shortly after offering up the 5mil - the lucky dog - lol - how can I top that??)
If any of you areon shadowfire and are ever in need of any doc resources or anything, look me up - I'll try to help with whatever I can.

damn...too bad we can't cross-server trade - hehe
Up to 15mil for the pledge-a-thon....hubby was generous with 5mil...

Plz remember this, a those 2 extra points doesn't help you a whole lot compared to your resources. You're only going to be able to add a few more charges and points of power on. You will be ok w/o it until u get a new med suit.

Yeah, I know...it's just not easy letting go of something that cost me over 20mil to get...lol

have you turned in a CSR ticket on the suit? ive found that if you work with them, alot of times they will find where the missing items went and alot of times will replace them.
i had a stack of good reactive that i was harvesting, poof on combining stacks in my inventory over 30k worth. turned in the ticket and within an hour was in contact with a CSR which worked nicely on resolving the problem.
if u have disregard this post but if you havent, its worth doing. thats alot of money to lose on a poof

Very sorry to hear about your loss. I have had a few factories go poof on me loosing many high end resouces.
The good news is that you really dont need 12 points to make great meds.

If i were you i would check at least once a day because this has also happend to me with an unlocked container. I had some resources in it and then poof they are gone next time i check. But the next day i went back into my house and they were in the unlocked container. So you can either wait every restart or check every day . . .
