Here are the formulas forsome common subcomponents (best guess based on experimental data):

Base is the starting point. Delta is the added value for each "percent" of experimentation (up to a maximum of 100%).

CDRM - 0 Base, 0.2 delta (1 to 20 range)

ABEC Power - 5 base, 0.25 delta (5 to 30 range)

ABEC charges - 5 base, 0.2 delta (5 to 25 range)

ALS power - 12.5 base, 1.875 delta (12.5 to 200 range*)

ACDRM power - 10 base, 0.65 delta (10 to 75 range**)

ASDD power - 10 base, 0.65 delta

*Talusian water has a floor of 600 OQ, so you can't actually make a low power ALS

** Herbivore meat PE is capped at 700, so you can't actually make a 75 power ACDRM (except during the 1 day crafter "nerf")

So if you know the formula and your resource stats and correctly account for resources that don't have a required stat, you should be able to predict the outcome within a point (I haven't tested how rounding occurs).
