Thread: Buffing without asking...
In the past, i used to dole out free Master Doc buffs.. If i was standing at the ticket droid or something and realized i had few minutes to wait, i would just buff a couple of people out of random helpfulness.
..until i got chastised a couple of times for it and took the position "it's better to offer, or be asked".
I may go under the title "explorer" or something to keep the tells down, for anonymnity's sake, when i don't feel like standing around burning mind and medicine when i have a goal in mind...so i hit some guy up with nice enhances and he tellsme "well thanks but i wish you would have asked, MY doctor is a master doctor and uses D packs."
Then you have to go through the whole "I *am* a master doc and these D's are 870 base, 12,600 second buffs, they don't get much better.." dialog, explaining the random nature and possible unlucky or lucky throws involved etc...
it's just not worth it sometimes, to continuously hear people whine when you roll under 1k.
I wish I had a "Enhancement synchronization pack" i could click at the end and evenly distribute the entire roll.
Give me Enhance E packs with 2k flat 6 stat enhancements. Save me a lot of time, and finally there's a real perk to being a master, to be Enhance E certified. =)

Usually the problem isnt when a master doc does the enhancing. its the novices using A B or C packs. That is frustrating. Hence another reason I stay out of medical centers.
Isn't that a tad extreme? Making the no-teach list for an understandable desire to buff someone for the first time? I mean if he said, "Blow me I'll buff who I want **edit**o." then I could see shutting them out, but I remember when I first hit Wound Treatment II, I buffed the guy that trained me within seconds. He said please don't buff people without asking and I realized my mistake.
I ended up getting every single skill from him, tipping generously and handing him a 2K units of 500oq 995pe 998dr avian meat the night he taught me Master Doctor.
