I'm using top notch goodies, yet my power tops out at 808- even though I have more points to spend in the integrity bar.

For the record, I'm an old timer at this and have handily turned out better buffs with far lower quality components and resources.

Anyone else notice a sudden change in their crafting results?

No forced interaction (in an MMORPG?), but hey, the expansions sure seem forced.

This has happened to me a few times. The only thing I found that fixed it was to use a different crafting tool. I've never figured out what causes it.

I was using the same (perfect 15) crafting tool I always used. The duration was 10k seconds. The wierd part is I had additional blanks spots in my power / duration bar and points to put in it. I would get a great success, but no increase in the power.

Ill try it again and post specific results with all the details.

What avian and gas were you using? Was it that recent stuff from Talus or lok?

well i just completed a set of buff schematics on starsider. 855-13000-Mu90-30uses

the avian could push the 880 mark with better acrdm's and slightly higher asds but im only a 10 pt doc so i make do with what i have available.

i have noticed an annoying trend where great successes give varied results as far as duration and power goes. this set is slightly higher on duration on 1 pack and slightly lower on another.... guess thats the result of having DR and power on the same line.

Try getting a new crafting tool, and also a new crafting station. I have found that over time, and use, you can actually "wear out" both tools and stations. The same reason you should never use a public crafting station for the crafting of high quality items.

Result: 921 power, 30 uses, 10036 time and 89 med use (11points to effect. and 1 point to med use)

Same goodies with Akoat avian 897OQ, 910PE, 173 DR

Result: 807 power with 11 points to effect.

859 power with all 12 points to effect. I have never needed to use em all to get the power in the 900ish range before.

Using avian with roughly 950OQ and 500ish PE did not even give me enough effectivness spots to spend 10 points.

Am I doing something wrong here? Many thanks for your answers guys

ya, you need to use a different gas with that lok avian.

The DR is so low that it impacts your ability to max out the power.

Give me a yell ingame and I can give you some better OQ/DR gas which pull up the duration so that the power willnot lag so bad.

The bad news is the gas I will give you has a lower OQ than what your using so the power will still not hit 900 but the duration you wind up with will be better at least.
